 Steve is from Benton Co. Arkansas.  When He came to work at CAAIR, he became very passionate about recovery and seeing others recover from addiction. 

 James Stafford Graduated CAAIR in July of 2018. He believes that sobriety is a way of life that should be pursued daily and feels honored that he gets to help others learn the tools to achieve that way of life. 

   Josh is a proud graduate of the CAAIR program. Josh believes his life today is nothing short of a miracle. Josh's main objective at CAAIR is to help men get their lives back in order and he is living proof that it is possible.  "CAAIR provided me with the tools and environment, and I had to work for the rest!"  

Leonard began his journey of recovery May 14, 2021 after more than 20 years of alcoholism. Before CAAIR, Leonard had completely given up on life. Through the program he has gained a serenity and peace he never imagined existed. Leonard's focus now is to pass that same serenity on to those still suffering. 

  Dan has worked with CAAIR since December 2018 and finds his position to be personally rewarding and spiritually fulfilling. He has also worked in past years as an addictions counselor in both residential and outpatient settings. Dan started his own sober living journey in 1997 and continues to be active in the 12 step recovery community around Northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas. 

Billy Mothersell graduated the CAAIR program July 26th 2019. He believed in the mission of CAAIR so much that he pursued a career so he could help guys the way CAAIR has helped him. Billy is very grateful to have the chance to work with all the fine men trying to change their lives and is excited to show them how to live a sober lifestyle.

Aaron is a proud graduate of the CAAIR Program and is from Guthrie, OK. He believes that CAAIR helped him to make the changes required to better his life and wishes to help people see that they can change their lives also. He wants to share with them the tools he has learned to succeed. 

David Davis hail's from Bartlesville, Oklahoma where he started his spiritual journey on July 23, 1986. He believes that it is God's will; thru the power of the Holy Spirit, for him to enable others to recover from drug and alcohol addiction with the help of the CAAIR program.

Gary came to CAAIR in 2009, just over a year after the program began. After graduating he became a dorm manager, staying at that position for six years. It was at CAAIR that Gary changed his life and he has not taken a drink or drug since 2009. He left CAAIR in 2016 to work for Simmons Animal Nutrition, but now he's back. "Helping others as we 'trudge the road of Happy Destiny' is what the Big Book says i must do to maintain my recovery," he said. "In order to keep it, we have to give it away."

Troy came to CAAIR in 2024 after finishing the House of Hope treatment program the year before. While at House of Hope, McNeely realized that helping others would help him stay sober, so he put in an application at CAAIR. He was hired as a Dorm Manager, working with clients on a daily basis. 

"You can never go wrong by doing the next right thing," McNeely said. "We can't change our future by living in the past, but we can change our thinking and behavior by always doing the next right thing, regardless of how hard it is."

McNeely plans to be a long-term staff member at CAAIR where he hopes to grow as a dorm manager and grow personally on his own recovery path.

Joshua Allen is a Texas transplant, who came to Oklahoma in 2016. With a journalism career that spanned over a decade, he's worked for newspapers in Texas and Oklahoma, including the Tulsa World, Seminole Producer, Wagoner County American-Tribune, eParis Extra, and the Okemah News Leader, among others. Throughout that time he also struggled with drug and alcohol addiction, eventually landing at CAAIR in 2023. He finished the program in 2024, at which time he was hired as a dorm manager.

"I can't really express how much the CAAIR program has done for me," Allen said. "And now that I have the opportunity to be a dorm manager, i get to be on the front lines of recovery, helping guys that help me every day. I can't imagine doing anything else. I truly love CAAIR and the clients here."

John Yeager has been clean and sober since June 28, 2023. He was born and raised in Sapulpa, OK. Since becoming sober he has developed a better relationship with his family. He is excited to give to others what has freely been given to him; a better way of thinking and living. He is honored to have the ability and opportunity to help others, who are struggling, find peace. 

Lukas is a proud graduate of CAAIR and is from Skiatook, OK. After many years of battling with opiate addiction he came to CAAIR in 2023 and began a new life in recovery. Lukas is honored to work with recovering addicts on a daily basis and one of his greatest privileges is helping these men change their lives. 

Mitch came to CAAR looking for help to stop drinking and using drugs. He found that help through the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and the fellowship of recovery. His sobriety date is September 3rd, 2023. Mitch says "Recovery is possible, but you can't keep it unless you give it away."
