Kevin has a 30 year background in the Hospitality Industry, working with various hotel brands and franchisees nationwide. Recently he also served as COO at the Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics at John Brown University. Louise is one of the founding partners of CAAIR, Inc.. She is the Vice President of Finance for the organization. Her work history is strong in accounting and HR fields. Donald is one of the founding partners of CAAIR, Inc.. He is the Vice President of Operations for CAAIR, Inc.. He has over 20 years of sobriety and has a passion and a heart to help others. He learned in Alcoholics Anonymous that to keep the serenity that he achieved as a recovering alcoholic, he must give it away to others. Donald has a farming background. Steve is from Benton Co. Arkansas. When He came to work at CAAIR, he became very passionate about recovery and seeing others recover from addiction.
James Stafford Graduated CAAIR in July of 2018. He believes that sobriety is a way of life that should be pursued daily and feels honored that he gets to help others learn the tools to achieve that way of life.
Josh is a proud graduate of the CAAIR program. Josh believes his life today is nothing short of a miracle. Billy Mothersell graduated the CAAIR program July 26th 2019. He believed in the mission of CAAIR so much that he pursued a career so he could help guys the way CAAIR has helped him. David Davis hail's from Bartlesville, Oklahoma where he started his spiritual journey on July 23, 1986. He believes that it is God's will; thru the power of the Holy Spirit, for him to enable others to recover from drug and alcohol addiction with the help of the CAAIR program.
Joseph has been sober since March 11th, 2018. He truly believes CAAIR gave him the necessary tools to succeed at living a clean and sober lifestyle. Joseph feels truly grateful he has the opportunity to share his knowledge of recovery to those who want what he has today..."sobriety." He is also a Delaware County Drug Court graduate.
John is from Chicago and a graduate of the CAAIR program. John endured many hardships in life due to his addiction. After coming to CAAIR, John received the tools to live a clean, sober, and productive life. John graduated on 05/08/16 and became a full time staff member here at CAAIR. John now helps save lives and share hope to those who suffer from addiction.
Joshua Allen is a Texas transplant, who came to Oklahoma in 2016. With a journalism career that spanned over a decade, he's worked for newspapers in Texas and Oklahoma, including the Tulsa World, Seminole Producer, Wagoner County American-Tribune, eParis Extra, and the Okemah News Leader, among others. Throughout that time he also struggled with drug and alcohol addiction, eventually landing at CAAIR in 2023. He finished the program in 2024, at which time he was hired as a dorm manager.
"I can't really express how much the CAAIR program has done for me," Allen said. "And now that I have the opportunity to be a dorm manager, i get to be on the front lines of recovery, helping guys that help me every day. I can't imagine doing anything else. I truly love CAAIR and the clients here."
George has worked at CAAIR since it opened in December of 2008. His sobriety date is November 11, 2001. Through God and Alcoholics Anonymous, George now has a life that he could have never imagined.
Mitch came to CAAR looking for help to stop drinking and using drugs. He found that help through the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and the fellowship of recovery. His sobriety date is September 3rd, 2023. Mitch says "Recovery is possible, but you can't keep it unless you give it away."
Henry hails from Modesto, California. He moved to Siloam Springs, Arkansas hoping that moving would let him escape his drug and alcohol addiction. He learned the hard way that "no matter where he went, there he was." Coming to CAAIR as a client gave him the opportunity to see he needed to work on himself. He has worked the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and now sponsors others through the steps. He thanks God everyday for a brand new life.
